The objective of the Support Foundation Inca Educa in the Netherlands is to promote and financially support the activities of Inca Educa.
The foundation is acknowledged as an institution defined in article 24, sub 4 of the law on Inheritage 1956. This means that the foundation is exempt from duties on donations, if for each donator the total amount of donations over a period of 24 months does not exceed the exemption limit. Donations by the foundation to Inca Educa are completely exempt from donation duties due to article 33 sub 1, law on Inheritage 1956.
