The vocational education and supplementary education programme
This programma offers its participants a better opportunity to get a job for which they need an education. Professional and experienced local teachers manage the courses that last between 4 to 6 months: the vocational education courses we offer are: chef and baker´s course, secretarial course, ceramics, weaving. The following courses make up ther supplementary education: IT, and English (3 courses lasting 4 months).

The personal development programme
This programme offers participants structure and stability in life. The programme consists of:
. general and business topics such as applying for a job, starting your own business;
. talking about important issues such as sexuality, worker´s rights, self esteem, morals and values, social skills, decision-taking.
. 4 workshops about "you and society", where we discuss personality, role and attitude within the family and society.

Educational support
Students can choose to take part voluntarily in one or all of the supporting classes we offer, where we mainly focus on language (spelling, grammar, reading and speaking), and applied basic maths (adding up, divide, calculate percentages, calculating the amounts of ingredients necessary etc).

Inca Educa Ambassadors
A select group of young people takes part in a programme where they learn how to be an ambassador, and learn different techniques of how to provide information about Inca Educa to groups, and how to motivate other young people to come and study at Inca Educa.

Teenage mothers
Starting in 2008, Inca Educa is paying special attention to teenage mothers offering them an integral development programme. During the programme they go back to school, enter in one of the vocational courses, participate in the personal development programme and a special course that focuses on the development and health of their child.
